Survey Results and Community Satisfaction Index

The implementation of the survey is intended to capture stakeholder opinions on the quality of services provided by the Faculty of Economics and Business, Diponegoro University. This survey broadly includes 9 elements in accordance with PERMENPAN NUMBER 14 OF 2017.

The SKM Element includes 9 service elements, namely based on Requirements Suitability, (System, Mechanism, and Procedure), Completion Time, Tariffs, Product Specifications of Service Type, Officer Competence, Officer Behavior, Complaint Handling and Quality of Facilities and Infrastructure.

Public Service Satisfaction Survey:

Adapun Unsur SKM meliputi 9 unsur pelayanan yaitu berdasarkan Kesesuaian Persyaratan, (Sistem, Mekanisme, dan Prosedur), Waktu Penyelesaian, Tarif, Produk Spesifikasi jenis Pelayanan, Kompetensi Petugas, Prilaku Petugas, Penanganan Pengaduan dan Kualitas Sarana dan Prasarana.

Community Satisfaction Survey Form (External)

This form is intended to collect assessments from Students, Alumni, Parents, and Cooperation Partners regarding the quality of services provided by the Faculty of Economics and Business, Diponegoro University. The responses provided will be the basis for service development on various elements, including procedures, officer competence, speed of service completion, and facilities and infrastructure.

Community Satisfaction Survey Form (Internal)

This survey was compiled to find out the experiences and views of lecturers and education staff on the services organized by the Faculty of Economics and Business, Diponegoro University. Each input will help the faculty make continuous improvements in various aspects of service, ranging from requirements, procedures, timeliness, to the quality of supporting facilities.
